This seniors class is specifically tailored for mature adults designed towards correct alignment, and bringing movement into the main joints of our body.
We use props and chairs in this class for additional support, and focus on learning how to transition into and out of the asanas (poses) so as not avoid injury.
The Seniors Yoga class is led by teachers with an understanding of anatomy and the body’s change as it ages. Our Seniors classes emphasise safe practices and modifications to accommodate varying abilities, ensuring you can participate comfortably. Senior Yoga teachers are consistent and keep a careful eye on each student, making an effort to know each student well.
This class is suited to beginner senior yogis, and to those who have been attending yoga for many years.
Monday's senior class is taught by Ritz, and Wednesday's senior class is taught by Steph.
