A Hatha class, with some Pranayama/Kriya, slow flow Asana, and a brief sitting at the end. Suitable for those with some experience. Evening classes a little slower and morning classes more dynamic. Most classes offer some challenge.
May be of extra interest to those with a reasonable degree of proficiency in Asana and looking to introduce some Pranayama to their routine. Traditionally for the Hatha yogin, Pranayama was seen as the stepping stone toward seated mediational practices.
