Suitable for those new to yoga practice and regular practitioners we begin with some basic yogic breathing exercise (pranayama)

This is followed with a diverse range of warm up, stretching and strength building postures.

More of a traditional class, the focus is on coming slowly and mindfully into postures so you learn to fully experience them in the body and soul.

Thursday mornings are set to the sounds of atmospheric Indian flute and Sanskrit chanting.

Please bring your own mat and a towel if you wish to use our bolsters and blankets.
