This morning class is suitable for beginner and intermediate practitioners.

This class begins with some basic yogic breathing exercise (pranayama), and followed with a diverse range of warm up, stretching and strength building postures.

More of a traditional class, the focus is on coming slowly and mindfully into postures so you learn to fully experience them in the body and soul.

Thursday mornings are set to the sounds of atmospheric Indian flute and Sanskrit chanting.
