„In-Spiral Flow“ :

These classes based on the Gyrokinesis® method, focus on the gentle, restorative aspects of breath and circular, flowing movement. Self-Massage and releasing of tension will relax and rejuvenate participants, resulting in increased vitality and well-being.  Spinal motions seated on stools will mobilize and open up the body and develop core strength. Classes are gentle and rhythmic, at a pace to suit those taking part.  Suitable for those seeking safe and low-impact exercise, including those with pain or restriction of movement.  




ABOUT CHRISTINE:

 

Christine is a certified Gyrokinesis® and Gyrotonic® level 1 instructor. 


She has explored many modalities in body/mind practices and therapies including Feldenkrais, Hatha Yoga, Dance Improvisation, ContinuumMovement by Emilie Conrad, and application of Living anatomy to Yoga with Gary Carter in the U.K.
