"A Journey to Center" is a highly praised, 90-minute workshop led by experienced practitioners Paul Teodo and Leah Santa Cruz. 

It offers a powerful combination of yin yoga, guided meditation, and sound healing. This transformative experience helps you release years of accumulated tension, trauma, and stress from your body, taking you on a journey to feeling rejuvenated and centered.

The workshop includes an hour of yin yoga to release physical stress and tension from the body. As well as simple breathing exercises to deepen your meditative experience. 

You’ll then be guided through a powerful meditation led by Leah, while Paul plays soothing instrumental pieces on the acoustic guitar. You’ll experience the powerful healing effects of sound therapy as Paul's music resonates within your mind and body, transporting you to a state of inner peace and emotional healing.
