Open classes are most suited to students who have some yoga experience, or have attended a Beginners class for a couple of months.
Your teacher will take into account the energy and experience of the group on any given day, and tailor a class to both challenge and rest.
Open classes are taught by an experienced teacher, and will include seated and standing asana, meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation. An open class provides a place for learning, and practicing what you have learned.
