James' Thursday evening class includes Pranayama/Kriya, and although a little slower than the morning more dynamic classes, still offers some challenge.
Jane's Saturday morning class includes low/medium grade stretching to help with everyday pains + stresses. This is an open level class with some therapeutic aspects, making it a general class including for those with injuries.
The 90 minute All Level Hatha classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
