This is an OPEN to all levels class, which also accommodates a beginner who has some strength.
It begins in a relaxed posture with focus on settling the breathing through basic techniques to further relax the mind and body.  

The class then moves into a thorough warm up either from the floor, seated or standing, before introducing strengthening postures on the feet.  

We then take advantage of the generated blood circulation by practising postures that lengthen and widen muscles in accordance with correct alignment.  

A type of inverted posture follows to further restore the body's endocrine and nervous systems making it deeply relaxing.  

After a short lay down you will expect to feel relaxed, alert, balanced and happy.  

Sequencing and pace are determined by the overall energy levels of everyone in the class.
