The first class of the day in our studio is a vinyasa class, to wake you up and uplift your energy. As the sun rises and warms the Earth, so does the vinyasa class to your body. 

They are for those who wish to mobilise stangnant energy and to increase motivation, as a way to start their day - fiery, fun and strong.

These are 60 minute classes that have elements of flow, strength and stretch in equal measure. These classes are suited to those with some understanding of basic yoga postures, or the ambitious beginner. 

You will find the Monday and Wednesday vinyasa class the most dynamic, with Fridays being the more paced out class.
