This class is especially designed for the newcomer to yoga. You will learn basic postures (asanas) and perhaps some pranayama (breath control) too. In this class, you can expect to receive plenty of detailed instruction on correct alignment and some nuggets of yogic wisdom, while developing your confidence and comfort in class. J

This class is also suitable for the experienced yogi who wishes to go back to basics and re-build a strong framework, or the perennial beginner! 

Beginners classes are taught in the style of Hatha yoga making them good all-rounder class that seeks to balance within each of us the sun and moon qualities, the effort and ease, the active and the receptive.
