Slow and gentle, this practice remains close to the mat, offering passive stretching and deep release. It’s suitable for all levels, including beginners, and is a perfect complement for those with active lifestyles.
After a restorative Yin practice, you’ll be guided into an extended Savasana accompanied by sound healing—an immersive experience of vibrational resonance that encourages deep relaxation. And if you're lucky, a touch of live singing may elevate your rest even further.
