Now that your baby has arrived, yoga can be a wonderful way to care for yourself while staying close to your little one. This class offers gentle movement to stretch, strengthen, and recharge—helping you feel more at home in your postnatal body.
Designed for new mums, this 75-minute session provides a supportive space where you can pause anytime to feed, settle, or cuddle your baby. It’s also a chance to meet other parents at the same life stage and stay for a chat after class.
What to bring:
- A blanket for your baby to lie on
- Their favourite toys
- Yoga mats are provided
When to join:
Group classes are generally best from 6 weeks postpartum (vaginal birth) or 10–12 weeks postpartum (cesarean birth). Please check with your doctor before starting.
Suitable for:
Newborns to pre-crawlers, and open to mums, dads, or caregivers.
