This 60-minute class is designed especially for new mums. It’s your time to move, stretch, and breathe in a supportive space where babies are welcome but the yoga is just for you. You’ll be surrounded by other mothers at the same stage of life, with the freedom to pause at any point to feed, cuddle, or settle your little one—without feeling out of place.
After class, stay for a chat and connection with other mums.

When to join:
Most mums can start around 6 weeks postpartum (vaginal birth) or 10–12 weeks postpartum (caesarean birth). Please check with your doctor before beginning.
Suitable for:
Mums with newborns to pre-crawlers.
Price:
$20 per class (reduced rate to support mums on maternity leave, compared with $26 for regular classes).
