It’s the perfect complement to yoga, enhancing strength, control, and body awareness in all the right places.
Expect breath-led movement, functional strength, and playful props like light weights, bands, and Pilates balls to keep things interesting. Whether you're a yogi or just love to move, you’ll leave feeling taller, steadier, and totally recharged.
Held Mondays + Wednesdays 7:15am.
