Is there an elegant way to get into and out of a headstand, or is it all stumble, falls and slips?
In our new Headstand Workshop with Jane, learn the ins + outs of headstands - how to prepare for them, get into them, and ease your way out of them.
You'll be taught a variety of headstands to practice and enjoy, both supported and freestanding.
