This seniors class is specifically designed for older men and women, focussing on getting correct alignment, and brining movement into the main joints in our body.

We use props and chairs in this class for additional support, and focus on learning how to transition into and out of the asanas (poses) so as not avoid injury.

Suited to beginner senior yogis, and to those who have been attending yoga for many years.

Monday senior class is taught by Cat, and Wednesday senior class is taught by Steph.
