Studio Director Cat brings creativity and calm to her Hatha Yoga classes. She loves crafting thoughtful sequences that reflect the season and energy of the room, guiding students to move, breathe, and find stillness together.

Ritz Patching

Ritz’s classes focus the therapeutic benefits of yoga. With a background in massage and reflexology, she brings a holistic approach that enhances relaxation, strength, and body awareness.

Grainne Hawkins

Grainne is our sub teacher who loves teaching beginners Hatha yoga. She is an attentive and gentle teacher with much respect for the yoga practice.

Mahina Wehi
