A Journey To Mindfulness mat pilates is a mindful, strength-based practice designed to build core stability, improve posture, and restore balance to the body and mind. 

In our classes, we move with precision and breath awareness, focusing on alignment, control and flow (and we laugh sometimes too!)

You’ll strengthen deep muscles, enhance flexibility and leave feeling centered, energized and connected.

All levels more than welcome ! Each class is thoughtfully sequenced to challenge you safely while supporting your unique body.
