his class includes all the asanas you know from a regular Hatha class, but taught in a restorative sequence and method. The aim is to have a student truly settle into a deep relaxation by holding poses for extended periods allowing the muscles to unwind and the mind to quieten.
These classes are slow, with passive stretching and supportive poses, and often remain close to the mat. Suitable for all levels, and is a complement to those with active lifestyles too!
