NOURISHED SUPPER CLUB 

A gentle yoga practice followed by a relaxed, family-style meal, finished with a sweet treat

Join Chloe for an evening of replenishment and connection -  with your mind, body, breath, new and old friends. Chloe will guide you through a 90-minute gentle yoga practice, weaving together breath, movement and mindful pauses to rest and restore. Gather around the table to share dinner and meaningful conversation before you float home to bed.

For our first supper club, dinner will be lovingly prepared by Joey of YinYangChef. Expect silky hummus, homemade pickles, Fattoush, Mujadara with crispy onions and more, plus a special sweet treat to finish! 

End Saturday night feeling grounded, well-fed and content - the kind of nourishment we all need.
