Our five-week beginners courses are designed to teach you the foundations of yoga, and get you prepared for studio classes.
The beginners foundation course guides you through all the ways we move in yoga: forwards, backwards, sideways, inversions and twists, with detailed instruction.
We teach this a handful of times through the year. This course is suitable for the novice yogi, but also a long-time yogi who perhaps was never exposed to the fundamentals, and wishes to improve their practice.
